According to Bloomberg reports Paypal is in talks with Google about adding a Paypal as the payment processor. This will be a further add-on apart from current payment options on Android phones which are Credit card and Google’s Checkout Services.

Paypal has 87 millions uses and Google will certainly would like to use this idea since Paypal on iPhone is a big hit as a payment processor.

Android has become the most popular smartphones software in US and its overtaking iPhone & BlackBerry.

There has been only talks between the two companies and people familiar with the discussions feels that it might not lead to a perfect deal.
