How to apply for Birth Certificate?

To apply for a birth certificate you need to approach your nearest Municipal Office and request for the issue of Birth Certificate of the child. You are charged not more than 20/- for obtaining birth certificate.

You need to reproduce medical birth documents stating that XYZ was born in XYZ hospital and police after verification will provide you Birth Certificate of your child within 7 working days.
