Previously, one year back downloading of photos to your hard drive from any members(your friend) albums was very easy, Right click and Save Picture, but due to lots of complain from the online users the team Orkut has restricted the download of photos directly to hard disk although there still multiple options to download photos from Orkut. Here are the few methods which will help you out to download the pics which you want.

1. Print Screen- MsPaint
In this method you need to open the photo which you want to download to your hard disk and bring it to the center of your screen so that its completely visible. Then press Print Screen SysRq button on your keyword, then open Ms Paint and say Paste (CTRL + V). The screen-shot which you have taken will be pasted there and then you can save it where ever you want.

2. Drag & Drop Method
The method 1 has few drawbacks mainly the original photo resolution willn’t be seen. Another method the easiest of all by which you can save photo to your hard disk is by drag and drop. You need to drag the picture by holding the left click button until you have dropped it in your desktop.

Process can be summarize below:-

• Open the picture which you want to download.
• Make your browser window smaller than your screen.
• Left click on the picture and hold the left click button you have dragged and dropped it to the desktop.
• Then proceed to your desktop, you will see the photo by a long name which starts with ogAA, you can rename it if you want.
