• Send an SMS with the following text ACT VL to 111
• GPRS will be activated in 24 hours.
• After GPRS gets activate, you need to go to settings.
• For settings sms VL <Phone Model> to 56789, Ex: VL N2700 for Nokia 2700 classic.
• You will receive GPRS & MMS settings after some time.
• Save both the settings & get your GPRS is activated.

There is not activation fee for this and also there is no monthly minimum rental for both prepaid and postpaid users.
