The Panic button is available for the children aged between 13 to 18 years who are just exploiting the new world of Internet and to protect them against the suspected dangerous individuals. UK Facebook child user have this option in their homepage and when clicked on the incoming request friend profile will be reported to CEOP with a click.

Previously there were lot of reporting put forth by CEOP on Facebook and after a long negotiation over one year or so we have this. However this will not completely eradicate all instances of online abuse but may limit to an extent.
