Etisalat Silent Launch of Cheer Mobile in India

cheers mobile serviceEtisalat a leading mobile provider in Middle East does a silent launch of Cheer Mobiles its GSM based services in 15 circles of India.

Cheer mobiles was launched in the low tele density areas like Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharastra, Mumbai, Delhi and Rajasthan.

Cheer Mobiles is a joint venture of Etisalat and DB Group to introduces GSM services in India. Etisalat was one among the nine others to be present on 3G auctions but couldn’t bag any telecom section to offer their services.

Etisalat got license to offer 3G services in India two years back and its last among all the new providers like Videocon, Virgin, Tata Docomo & others.
