You will love this when you read it. Converting from lower case to higher cases or viceversa is never so easy and quick with this shortcut. If you can do it for free then why to go for Paid Softwares for the Text Conversion.

This can save a lot of time for you although you can delete and retype is capital letters. This shortcut will convert your small letter text into capital letters and capital letters text into small letters.

This is How you Convert Microsoft Word from one to another Case

1. To change the case you need to first select the portion of text which you want.

2. After selection you need to Press SHIFT + F3.

3. By pressing SHIFT + F3 repeatedly you will see lower cases are converted to higher cases and vice versa.

I would also suggest that if you need more options, go to “Format – Change case”.

There you will get more options then just using CTRL + F3 shortcut.
