Its not too long that 3G was just launched in India a few months back and herein we are with a another big news that 4G will be out soon. India’s IT minister A Raja revealed this once the 3G Auctions were announced.
Promisingly 4G would offer a peak download rate of 1Gbps and uplink of 500 Mbps far better than 3G technology present in India. Though the date of launch and nothing has been made official and everything is on the sky at the moment.
Some countries are already running 4G technology around the world and its expected that 23 international operatores will launch 4G services globally by 2010 end and if India makes this possible then it will help India in terms of high internet and data speeds.
In a recent news TRAI will release consultation papers on 4G in 10 days. There are some appealing questions that can come to your mind? So is this the game to earn money of Telecom Department to rope the idea of 4G just after the 3G auctions are finished? or Can’t India Telecom Department wait for another few months to directly launch 4G in India as bringing a completely new services would cost much price?
As a subscriber should we be worried of such questions? I would say definitely we should be because its we the subscribers are the end users of the private telecom provider that are making revenue to the operators. So if 3G wasn’t has been installed and if India could have waited for another hardly 1 year 4G would be live and prices would have been considerably low viewed from the subscribers end. Am I right guys?

This would take another 5 years at least. Remember the 2G scam case still running, and the 3G is actually coming into the existence now after a long wait. So don’t expect the 4G to be around any soon.
